As we make our way through the middle of this summer, I hope you're all doing well.  I have some exciting news; the Libertarian Party of Hillsborough County (LPHC) is back!  The Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of Florida accepted our petition to affiliate and passed the motion to affiliate the LPHC at their meeting on June 21st.

As we make our way through the middle of this summer, I hope you're all doing well.  I have some exciting news; the Libertarian Party of Hillsborough County (LPHC) is back!  The Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of Florida accepted our petition and passed the motion to affiliate the LPHC at their meeting on June 21st.

The organizing executive committee has completed all necessary actions with the State of Florida and LPF to be your party here in Hillsborough County.  That being said, we have a long way to go, a lot to do, and need your help.  We have many vacancies to fill on the board and committees.  If you have the desire and capacity, please volunteer!

We've begun meeting regularly.  We have established monthly virtual meetings on Zoom and Quarterly meetings in person.  Details on all the meetings are posted to the Calendar page of this site.  Minutes from our previous meetings can be found in the Documents page of this site (as well as all of our governing documents).  The monthly virtual meetings will be the evening of the third Wednesday (don't worry I can never figure that out; the dates are posted) of every month, that we do not have an in person quarterly meeting, starting at 8 pm.  The quarterly in person meetings are held at different regional libraries throughout the county to make it easier for members to make it.  These are held on Saturdays starting at 2 pm.

We have also gotten the social media feeds up and running on Facebook, Instagram, and X.  The links to them are at the bottom of this site's homepage.  Please like and follow to stay up to date on issues and information from the Libertarian National Committee, LPF, affiliates and candidates around the state, and local news and issues.
